About Roxanne Catherine Mapp

Roxanne encourages and motivates people to look within themselves and
use their God given talents to find their calling. She believes that we can all
create the lives that we deserve through faith and action. Roxanne uses
her gift to inspire people and motivate them to realize their dreams through a series of workshops.

She is an award winning graphic designer, author, librarian and adjunct professor.
Her first book The Avocado Tree – An Immigrant’s Journey
has won several book awards and she hopes to inspire and motivate people
to follow and pursue their dreams with her second book Creativity from Within.
Roxanne now resides in Westchester New York.

Roxanne Catherine Mapp was born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago.
She attended Nelson Street Girls Roman Catholic School and Holy Name Convent in Port of Spain, Trinidad.

Roxanne also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the
College of New Rochelle, and a Master’s Degree in Library Science
from Pratt Institute in New York.
